Metal Thermal Processes at North East Exhibition
Hot on the heels of announcing that Consett based Metaltech is to join the Wallwork Group, we are exhibiting at one of the North East’s premier exhibitions for engineers, Durham Oktoberfest. The exhibition takes place on October 19th at the Excel Centre, Newton Aycliffe. We are on stand H26.
On show will be heat treatments including solution, age or precipitation, hardening and tempering, nitriding by gas or plasma and more. Coatings cover TiN, CrN, CrALN, TiALN, Diamond Like Carbon, Duplex Nitron and multi-layer variants. Vacuum brazing capabilities show how we produce increasingly complex component assemblies by joining same-metal or dissimilar metals.
County Durham itself has over 1,000 engineering and manufacturing businesses with many more based in the immediate surrounding area, proving the North East is still a significant industrial centre that contributes greatly to the UK economy.
As a AS9100 revision D certified company, with many process specific approvals from aerospace primes such as Airbus, BAe Systems, Rolls Royce and Moog, we look forward to meeting engineers at the event.
